• Delivery: 8 to 14 days for most US and Canadian addresses.
• Tracking: emailed to you the moment your order ships, with live updates the whole way.

We ship directly from our fulfillment partner instead of marking everything up to sit in a domestic warehouse. That's how a month of better sleep stays around $30 instead of $50+. Want to reorder less often? The 3- and 6-month bundles ship free and keep you stocked.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 days, email hello@ximsleep.com and we'll reship or refund, your choice.
