How does XIM work?

XIM is a soft strip you place gently over your lips before sleep. It encourages your mouth to stay closed so you breathe through your nose, the way your body is designed to. Nasal breathing supports calmer, more restful sleep.

Is mouth taping safe?

For most healthy adults who can breathe comfortably through their nose, yes. XIM is a comfort and sleep-quality aid, not a medical device. Don't use it if you have sleep apnea, a blocked or congested nose, a cold, breathing difficulties, or after drinking alcohol or taking sedatives. If you're unsure, check with your doctor first.

Will it stay on all night?

Yes. The adhesive is designed to hold through the night while staying gentle. For the best hold, apply to clean, dry skin and let any skincare absorb first.

Does it hurt to take off?

No. XIM uses a strong-but-kind, easy-release adhesive. Peel slowly in the morning and it comes off comfortably. It works for most people with light facial hair too.

How long does one box last?

Each strip is single-use, one per night. A 1-month supply covers 30 nights; the 3- and 6-month bundles stock you up and cost less per night.

I have sensitive skin, is it okay?

XIM is made from soft, breathable, hypoallergenic material with a skin-safe adhesive. If your skin is very reactive, test a strip on your inner arm first and stop use if you notice irritation.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 8 to 14 days with full tracking, emailed to you the moment your order ships. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days.

What's your return policy?

Try XIM for 30 nights. If it's not for you, email us for a full refund, see our Refund Policy. No need to mail back used strips.
