You're not tired because you "need more sleep." You're tired because of how you sleep.
If you wake up with a dry mouth, a dull headache, breath that could clear a room, or that foggy "I slept 8 hours and still feel wrecked" feeling — your mouth was probably open all night.
Sleeping with your mouth open isn't harmless. Every night you mouth-breathe, you invite the things that quietly ruin your mornings:
- Dry, sticky mouth — your mouth dries out for hours, leaving you parched and uncomfortable by morning.
- Bad morning breath — a dry, open mouth is the perfect environment for the bacteria behind that stale morning breath.
- Dull morning headaches — poor, restless sleep and dry-mouth nights often leave you waking up groggy and heavy-headed.
- Snoring — mouth breathing is one of the most common reasons people snore (and keep their partner awake).
- Restless, shallow sleep — open-mouth breathing keeps you in lighter, less restorative sleep, so you wake up unrefreshed.
The fix isn't another supplement, app, or $2,000 mattress. It's teaching your body to do what it's supposed to do at night: breathe through your nose.
Meet XIM.
XIM is a premium mouth tape that gently holds your lips together while you sleep, so you naturally breathe through your nose all night long. Nasal breathing is cleaner, calmer, and quieter — the way your body is built to rest.
One small strip. Eight hours of nose breathing. Wake up with a fresh mouth, quieter nights, and a head that actually feels clear.
Why XIM
- Gentle, skin-safe adhesive — secure all night, comes off easy in the morning. No harsh pull, no residue.
- Breathable & comfortable — soft, flexible, and barely-there once it's on.
- Discreet design — minimalist black-and-gold strips that feel like a premium ritual, not a medical product.
- Effortless routine — peel, place, sleep. That's the whole thing.
How to use
- Make sure your lips and the area around your mouth are clean and dry.
- Peel one XIM strip and place it gently over the center of your lips.
- Sleep. Breathe through your nose all night.
- Remove gently in the morning.
New to mouth taping? Start with a few minutes of nose-breathing before bed to get comfortable. If you have a cold, blocked nose, or any breathing or respiratory condition, talk to your doctor before use.
